Our conviction

How it works
is part of
what it does.

A product earns its place in a business when people understand it, trust it, and want to use it.

The way we work.

Close to the business.
Careful with the details.

01

Understand the working day.

We start with the people closest to the work: the questions they answer, the decisions they own, and the systems they depend on.

02

Make the experience tangible.

We design and prototype early, so your team can see the direction, challenge assumptions, and shape what gets built.

03

Connect it to the business.

A useful tool fits the operation around it. We consider the information, responsibilities, and handoffs that make the whole experience work.

04

Stay with the work.

Launch is a point in the relationship. We monitor, maintain, and improve what we build, with responsibilities defined in each engagement.

Leadership.

Dharam Sarvaiya

Founder & Managing Partner

Dharam turns legacy software into AI-native systems, and he sees the work through to a system that runs.

Inside a Fortune 500 operation, where he led platform programs from the business case to go-live, Dharam saw a familiar gap. Large enterprises could spend millions turning technology into better ways of working, while ambitious firms with just as much at stake rarely had the teams to do the same. AI is the largest platform shift yet. He founded Tradewind to bring enterprise-grade conversion discipline to firms that want to become AI-native, starting with the process, and every system he builds follows one rule: AI proposes, your people decide.

behind the business.

The same discipline, applied to the work your business runs on: where it happens, who decides, and what a better system looks like.
