AI is used in the work we do for clients, so the limits are worth stating plainly. AI systems misread, miss, and misclassify, and they produce confident-sounding output that is wrong.

Everything we build is designed around that: the system proposes, a person decides, and low-confidence work is routed to a human rather than pushed through. Nothing we deliver is intended to run unwatched on decisions that matter.
