This Privacy Policy explains how Tradewind Ops LLC (“Tradewind Operations,” “we,” or “us”) handles information when you visit tradewindoperations.com, use our free Process Leak Scanner, or contact us about an engagement.

By using the site or tools, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

02Information we collect

Information you provide

• Contact details: your name, email, company, and phone if you choose to unlock a full Leak Report or send us a message, plus anything you send us by email or when booking a call.
• Assessment inputs: the figures you enter into the Process Leak Scanner (volumes, minutes, headcount, wage bands) and the estimate calculated from them.
• What you describe: the free text you write about the work your team does by hand, if you use our contact form.

Information collected automatically

• Basic, privacy-respecting usage and performance data from our hosting provider (e.g. page requests, approximate region, aggregate analytics). We do not run advertising trackers.
• Small amounts of local browser storage used to run the tools (see our Cookie Notice).

03How we use information

• To operate the website and tools and to generate your estimate.
• To send you the report you requested and, where you've asked us to, to follow up about a diagnostic call.
• To respond to your inquiries and provide our services.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the tools in aggregate.
• To comply with legal obligations.

04AI processing

Nothing you enter on this website is sent to an AI model. The Process Leak Scanner is arithmetic that runs in your browser, and what you send through our contact form goes into our own records. No AI provider processes your information on this site.

AI systems are used inside client engagements. Those are governed by the separate signed agreement for that engagement, not by this policy, and we do not use anything collected here to train models.

05How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

06Retention

We keep the contact details, assessment figures, and correspondence you send us for as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business records, and then delete or anonymize them. Scanner figures you never submit are not retained anywhere, because they never leave your browser.

07Security

We use reputable hosting, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit what we collect in the first place.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email support@tradewindoperations.com or write to the mailing address below.

California residents: we do not sell or “share” personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and you may exercise the access and deletion rights described above without discrimination.

09Email from us

If you give us your email, we may write to you about the report you asked for and about working together. Every commercial message we send identifies us, carries the postal address below, and includes a one-click way to opt out. Opting out stops commercial email; we will still reply to a message you send us.

10Children

Our site and tools are for business use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

11Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page.
