Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Tradewind Ops LLC (“Tradewind,” “we,” or “us”) handles information when you visit tradewindoperations.com or contact us about an engagement. By using the site, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

This site has no forms, no account system, and no self-serve tools. The only ways to reach us are email, telephone, and the external booking link.

Information we collect

Information you provide. Your name, email address, company, telephone number, and anything else you choose to send us when you email us, call us, or book a call through our scheduling link.

Information collected automatically. Basic, privacy-respecting usage and performance data from our hosting provider, such as page requests and approximate region, together with aggregate product analytics. We do not run advertising trackers.

How we use information

To operate and improve the website.

To respond to your enquiry and to arrange and hold a conversation about working together.

To maintain security, prevent abuse, and understand in aggregate which parts of the site are useful.

To comply with legal obligations.

AI processing

Nothing you enter on this website is sent to an AI model. The site is a set of static pages. No AI provider processes your information here.

AI systems are used inside client engagements. Those are governed by the separate signed agreement for that engagement, not by this policy, and we do not use anything collected here to train models.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following, and each may process it only to provide services to us.

Website hosting and infrastructure, for serving the website.

Google (Workspace and Calendar), for holding our email and for booking and holding calls.

Product analytics (PostHog), for aggregate measurement of page traffic and which parts of the site get used. We do not send it your name, email address, telephone number, or company.

Professional advisors and authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights.

Retention

We keep the correspondence you send us for as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business records, and then delete or anonymise it.

Analytics data is retained on the aggregate, non-identifying basis described in our Cookie Notice.

Security

We use reputable hosting, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit what we collect in the first place.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email support@tradewindoperations.com or write to the mailing address below.

California residents: we do not sell or “share” personal information as defined by the CCPA and CPRA, and you may exercise the access and deletion rights described above without discrimination.

Email from us

We reply to messages you send us and we may follow up about a conversation you asked for. We do not operate a marketing mailing list, we do not send newsletters, and we do not add you to an automated sequence.

If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before the first such message is sent, and every commercial message will identify us, carry the postal address below, and include a one-click way to unsubscribe.

Children

Our site is for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page.
